About the role

As a Registered Nurse within the Emergency Department, you'll provide safe, high-quality and evidence-based nursing care to patients presenting with a range of acute and emergency healthcare needs.

You'll use your clinical judgement, assessment and problem-solving skills to recognise and respond to changes in patient condition, coordinate care and contribute to positive patient outcomes.





You'll be supported to work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team while continuing to develop your clinical knowledge, confidence and capability.

About you

We're looking for a Registered Nurse who brings a positive attitude, sound clinical judgement and a genuine commitment to providing excellent patient care.

You’ll bring:

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Clinical knowledge and experience relevant to acute and/or emergency nursing.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and effective communication and documentation skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to participate in a seven-day rotating roster, including night duty, weekends and public holidays.
