Design & Build are partnering with a national design practice looking to add experienced Architects to their growing Brisbane team contributing to some of the city’s most exciting retail, mixed-use and multi-residential projects. This is an opportunity for a talented architect to take a project from concept through to delivery, with involvement across design, documentation, coordination, master planning, urban design and placemaking.

The Role:

- Lead and evolve design concepts throughout the project lifecycle,



maintaining strong design intent through to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, engineers and contractors to deliver well-coordinated, buildable outcomes.
- Develop high-quality documentation, 3D models and presentations
- Present design concepts with confidence and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Undertake site visits, resolve construction challenges and oversee design quality through delivery.
- Contribute to project planning, budgets, timelines and overall project outcomes.
- Stay curious and informed on emerging materials, technologies and construction methodologies.
