WE'RE LOOKING FOR
10+ years
of proven sales experience
Degree in
Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field
MBA will be an added advantage
Ability to communicate effectively in
Sinhala
Tamil will be an added advantage
Robust negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-driven and able to work with
minimum supervision
Motivational personality with a strong
"CAN-DO" attitude
Comfortable working in a
commission-driven workplace
Real estate experience is NOT mandatory
