Evolve Scientific is recruiting a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to join a growing, well-established clinical research site in Brisbane. Working across a diverse portfolio of commercially sponsored trials, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality research that contributes to future healthcare advancements.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of clinical trials, working closely with Investigators, sponsors, CROs and participants to ensure studies are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with GCP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate clinical trials from start-up through to close-out
- Manage participant recruitment, screening, study visits and follow-up
- Conduct protocol-required assessments and clinical procedures
- Maintain study documentation, source data and EDC systems
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, ethics and regulatory requirements
- Support monitoring visits, audits and sponsor interactions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders




- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and site performance

About You

- 2+ years' experience as a Senior, Lead or experienced Clinical Research Coordinator
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations and ICH-GCP
- Experience within commercially sponsored clinical trials
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple studies in a rapid-paced environment
- Passion for participant care and research excellence

Highly Regarded

- AHPRA registration (RN)
- Phlebotomy, vaccination or injection experience
- Experience across vaccines, respiratory, cardiovascular, metabolic health or dermatology studies
- Audit, inspection or quality management experience
