Job Description

The Salvation Army in Geelong is seeking an AOD Intake & ThroughCare Nurse to provide clinical nursing support across the Geelong Withdrawal Unit. You will guide participants from referral to discharge and ongoing care within a multidisciplinary team, in office in Corio, VIC.

This fixed-term, part-time role (12 months, 30.4 hours per week) offers meaningful nursing work in an established AOD program, with opportunities to contribute to recovery outcomes and collaborate with hospitals, GPs, and
