Key responsibilities in this role include:

- Building trusted relationships with landlords and tenants
- Day-to-day portfolio management support across a growing residential portfolio
- Arrears management
- Conducting property inspections , including ingoing, routine & final inspections , to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.
- Attending tribunal hearings whenrequired
- Managing repairs and maintenance
- Establishing competitive rental rates by conducting market research on local rates and relevant overhead costs
- Working collaboratively with our wider property management support team to deliver outstanding service

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

- A current property management license (essential )
- A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle (essential )
- Demonstrable experience in Property Management (2+ years )
- Exceptional customer service experience
