MacKillop Family Services in Nowra, NSW, is seeking Therapeutic Youth Workers to support young people in our Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) program.
The role is full time, in office, with opportunities for growth and a commitment to trauma-informed practice.
You will mentor youth, model positive behaviors, support daily living, and work with a dedicated team to meet individual needs.
Significant disability experience is preferred and flexibility for shifts is required.
