What You'll Be Doing

n

As a Service Manager, you will:

n

n
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the ServiceDepartment
n
- Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team of ServiceTechnicians
n
- Lead by example across the entire department, assisting with workforce planning, job coordination, team supervision and the achievement of key metric targets.
n
- Drive workshop presentation, customer engagement and service excellence by maintaining high standards of housekeeping, communication and operational execution.




n
- Manage warranty costs, workshop assets and departmental budgets inline with company expectations
n
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with companypolicies and procedures
n
- Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation and continuousimprovement
n

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Brings experience in service management, workshop operations or asimilar leadership role
n
- Has demonstrated commercial and financial management expertise
n
- Possesses a strong technical and industry understanding
n
- Has a proven ability to lead, mentor and develop teams to achieveshared goals
n
- Brings experience with Lean manufacturing, 5S or continuousimprovement programs
n
- Has excellent communication, decision‐making and stakeholdermanagement skills
n
- Is focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences
n
- Is safety conscious, solutions focused and ready to grow
n
- A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
n
- Is confident using business systems, reporting tools and computerapplications
n
