The Rolen n
- Draft, review and negotiate D&C;, EPCM, Alliance and consultancy agreements;
n
- Provide legal and commercial advice through tender, delivery and completion phases;
n
- Support project teams on risk allocation, variations, extensions of time and claims;
n
- Advise on disputes, insurance and professional indemnity matters (with external counsel support as required);
n
- Deliver internal legal and commercial training to enhance risk awareness; and
n
- Contribute to corporate governance, compliance and policy development.

About Youn n
- 5+ years’ post-admission experience, ideally in construction, projects or infrastructure law;
n
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills with a practical mindset;
n
- A sound understanding of different contracting models;
n
- Confidence working autonomously while collaborating closely with a national legal team; and
n
- A collegiate, down-to-earth approach and the ability to engage effectively with technical and commercial stakeholders.
