MDN Pet Care is expanding and we are currently seeking an experienced Pet Groomer to join us under a joint venture / contractor model.
This is an opportunity for a skilled groomer to earn based on performance, while we handle all client acquisition, bookings, and operations.
The Opportunity
- 50/50 profit split (contractor / ABN required)
- Potential to earn $300–$400+ per day depending on workload
- Work from a premium residential location in St Kilda (STK 602)
- Consistent client flow via our existing marketing and customer base
What We Provide
MDN Pet Care manages the operational side of the business, including:
- Payments & invoicing
- Marketing & lead generation
- Cleaning and general upkeep
This allows you to focus entirely on delivering high-quality grooming services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pet Groomer (essential)
- Ideally hold:
- Certificate III in Pet Grooming, or
- Must have your own grooming tools and equipment
- ABN required (contractor arrangement)
- Strong attention to detail and care for animals
- Access to building amenities including gym, swimming pool, sauna, and steam room
- Clean, well-maintained working environment
- Optional car park available
- Versatile working arrangement
