Job Description The Transformation Analyst is responsible for analysing, mapping and redesigning business and operational processes to support continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across NSW Land Registry Services. The role works closely with business stakeholders and project teams to identify process improvement opportunities, develop future-state processes and associated documentation and support the implementation of improved ways of working. The role contributes to operational excellence through structured analysis, process optimisation and the development of clear and accessible operational documentation
Your Responsibilities
- Analyse business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for service and operational improvement.
- Develop current-state and future-state process maps to support process redesign, operational consistency and transformation outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities to gather requirements, validate processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures,
work instructions and supporting materials to achieve consistent and effective ways of working.
- Support the redesign and implementation of business processes to improve operational efficiency, service delivery and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and project teams to ensure process improvements are practical, sustainable and aligned to business requirements.
- Analyse operational information and performance data to support process reviews, improvement initiatives and evidence-based decision-making.
- Support change implementation and capability uplift activities through the development of documentation, training resources and process guidance materials
Desired Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Management or a related discipline and/or relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement or operational environments.
- Demonstrated experience analysing, documenting and improving business or operational processes within complex organisational environments.
- Strong process mapping and documentation experience including experience developing process maps, standard operating procedures, work instructions and related business documentation.
- Experience identifying process inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities and supporting the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working across multiple initiatives and managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyse and document business requirements and translate them into practical and effective process solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills with experience working with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to obtain information and validate outcomes.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess information, identify issues and develop practical recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, accurate and user-friendly documentation.
