Coco Republic is seeking a highly organised Customer Operations Specialist to join the Alexandria Head Office. You will own orders through fulfilment and pre-delivery, coordinating with showrooms, warehouse, logistics and carriers to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high customer service standards.
You’ll manage multiple orders across systems, proactively communicate with clients, and help improve order management processes.
