AMA Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team on a permanent basis at our Gemini Mitchell location. You will support the team and managers with administrative duties while keeping customers updated about their vehicle repairs. Training will be provided.
As part of the role you will greet customers, manage inquiries by phone and email, and liaise with insurers. A 40-hour week from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM offers a secure schedule and opportunities for growth.
