ERIAS is a boutique consultancy specialising in environmental and social impact assessments, with offices in Australia and PNG. The role of Payroll and Operations Manager is part time (0.8 FTE) on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave.

You will drive payroll accuracy, oversee office operations, and support HR logistics across Australia and PNG. The position reports to the Finance Manager for payroll and admin and to the People & Culture Manager for people support.
