We're looking for a Junior Property Manager to join one of Australia's growing Build-to-Rent operators for an immediate 2-week temporary assignment. Working onsite within a premium residential community, you'll be at the heart of the resident experience, combining property management support with concierge-style customer service.

About the Role
n
This is more than a traditional Junior Property Manager position. You'll be a key point of contact for residents, guests, contractors and visitors, helping ensure the community feels welcoming, professional and well looked after.

Your responsibilities will include:
n

- Providing exceptional resident and customer service
n
- Responding to resident enquiries, requests and feedback
n
- Supporting inspections, move-ins and move-outs
n
- Assisting with resident onboarding and apartment checks
n
- Providing general Junior Property Management and administrative support
n
- Logging and tracking resident requests through internal systems
n
- Supporting lease renewals and tenancy arrears processes
n
- Coordinating mail, parcels and deliveries
n
- Liaising with Property Management, Facilities and Operations teams
n
- Assisting with resident events and community initiatives
n
- Maintaining accurate resident and operational records
n
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the community
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who is polished, approachable and genuinely enjoys helping people. You may come from Junior Property Management, Property Officer, Resident Services, Build-to-Rent or a property-focused concierge workplace.

You'll ideally bring:
n

- Previous property, resident services, concierge or strong customer service experience
n
- Current NSWCertificate of Registration– essential
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Professional presentation and a warm, welcoming manner
n
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
n
- Confidence handling resident enquiries and resolving issues
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
n
- Ability to hit the ground running in a busy onsite environment
