Backed by Alpine Investors, a firm dedicated to building enduring businesses by investing in exceptional people, we're growing rapid, and we need a Talent Associate who can grow with us.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Talent, you'll drive full-cycle recruiting on a prioritised set of operational roles across all of our OpCos (operating companies) — while equipping GMs and hiring managers to confidently run best practice recruiting processes through the Lighthouse Recruiting Playbook.

This isn't a role where you wait for perfect process. You'll move fast, build trust with GMs across the portfolio, and materially level up hiring capability across the business. Success here creates a genuine platform to grow within Lighthouse's People & Talent function as we scale.

What You'll Do

- Lead full-cycle recruiting on priority trades and operational roles across all OpCos, based on volume, criticality, and business need
- Build genuine, trusted relationships with GMs and hiring managers — becoming their go-to hiring partner
- Direct OpCo hiring managers on using the Lighthouse Recruiting Playbook — structured interviewing, scorecards, advertising, and onboarding
- Drive adoption of standardised job ads, scorecards,



and interview frameworks — and report on time to fill, offer acceptance, scorecard compliance, and Year 1 attrition
- Support the Head of Talent on GM and HoldCo-level hiring as needed

What You Bring

- 2–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in blue-collar, trades, or multi-site operational businesses
- A track record across the full cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing
- The ability to build trust fast with GMs and operational leaders, and credibility with both blue-collar and corporate stakeholders
- A scrappy, resourceful mindset — comfortable operating without fully mature systems in place
- Sharp instincts for reading a business and a hiring need
- Comfort tracking and reporting against recruiting metrics
- ATS experience and enthusiasm for championing standardised tools and frameworks
- A degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field is a plus — but strong recruiting results and relevant experience matter just as much
- Bonus: affinity for or exposure to trades industries (plumbing, HVAC, electrical)
