Stanley, nestled beneath the Story Bridge in Brisbane, invites applications for a Head Sommelier to lead our wine program and elevate guest experiences. This role requires passion for wine, exceptional organisation, and leadership in a quick-paced premium dining environment.

You will manage wine ordering, cellar operations, staff training, and wine list development while engaging guests with confident recommendations and thoughtful pairings. Evening and weekend availability is essential.
