Salary: $70,236 - $84,284 (Plus 12.5% Super)

About The Role

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer service comes first? Are you highly organised, accurate, and able to manage competing priorities? Do you want to play an important role supporting patients, carers, and clinical staff?

Join a dedicated team supporting clinicians, patients, and their carers by providing high-quality administrative and office support in a busy healthcare environment. As a friendly and professional first point of contact, you will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with enquiries, and help ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the service.

Working collaboratively with staff across the Canberra Region Cancer Centre, you will provide flexible administrative support, maintain accurate records and data entry, and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality services. You will also have the chance to share your knowledge by supporting, training, and mentoring colleagues, while working in accordance with established policies, procedures, and best practice standards.

Our ideal candidate will be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks,



meet deadlines, and respond effectively to changing priorities. You will bring strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills, along with well‑developed computer experience and the ability to quickly learn new medically based programs. With a high level of attention to detail, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of confidentiality within a healthcare environment and consistently provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and care.

Please note prior to commencement successful candidates will be required to:

- Undergo a pre‑employment National Police Check.
- Comply with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy.
