This is a diverse and rewarding role that combines clinical care, teamwork and leadership to support excellence in service delivery.In this role, you will deliver safe, effective clinical care while supporting the operational performance of the Aged Care services. Working closely with the Associate Nurse Unit Manager and Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide leadership on each shift and ensure care is aligned with organisational policies, professional standards and best practice guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality clinical care to patients, residents and clients across Aged CareOffer leadership, direction and support to ensure optimal care and service qualityEnhance the operational performance of the Aged Care UnitContribute to the development and review of policies and proceduresSupport organisational Strategic and Business Plans, and align practice with government strategies and best practice principlesWork collaboratively with the Manager to ensure patient-centred care is consistently deliveredPlan and deliver care on a shift-by-shift basis as requiredEnsure care plans are created, reviewed and updated according to Heathcote Health policyMaintain accurate and timely documentationPractice in accordance with Australian Nursing and Midwifery Council competencies, Heathcote Health's Code of Conduct,
