You become part of someone’s turning point, offering dignity and practical support when it matters most.About the roleAs an Emergency Relief Assessor, you will speak with community members over the phone, listen to their story, understand their needs and connect them with practical support that can make a real difference in their day-to-day lives. You will provide referrals and advocacy that help people access the right supports at the right time. You will maintain accurate client records, identify risks and escalate matters when required. You will work collaboratively with your team and local mission partners to ensure people feel supported from the moment they reach out.This full-time, permanent role is based at our Morley site, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5:15pm.
