- Workeffectivelywithinabusy,high-volumecommercialkitchen
- Followestablishedrecipes,preparationmethodsandkitchenprocedures




- Maintainstrictfoodhygiene,safetyandcleanlinessstandards
- Coordinatewithotherkitchenteammemberstoensuresmoothservice
- Monitoringredientusageandsupporteffectivestockcontrol
- Assistwithreceiving,storingandrotatingfoodsupplies
- Reducefoodwastagethroughappropriatepreparationandstoragepractices
- Maintainanorganisedandhygienicworkstationthroughoutservice
- Adapttodifferentkitchenenvironmentsandservicerequirementswhenrequired
- Supportseniorkitchenstaffwithdailyoperationalrequirements
- Contributepositivelytoaprofessional,collaborativeteamculture

Requirements & Eligibility

- CertificateIIIinCommercialCookeryoranequivalentrecognisedqualification
- Atleast1yearofrelevantcommercialcookingexperience
- Demonstratedpracticalabilityinaprofessionalkitchenenvironment
- Verifiableemploymenthistoryandrelevanthospitalityexperience
- Strongunderstandingoffoodpreparation,kitchenhygieneandfoodsafety
- Abilitytomaintainconsistentstandardsunderpressure
- Strongcommunicationandteamworkskills
- Professionalattitude,reliabilityandcommitmenttotherole
- Availabilitytoworkweekendsandpublicholidays
