Commercial Property Manager | Work From Home Options | Up To $135,000 Package

This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse mixed-use portfolio across commercial, retail and other property assets, with a high level of autonomy and the support of an experienced wider team.

The Role:

n

As Commercial Property Manager, you will take ownership of your portfolio and be trusted to manage your properties and client relationships independently. You will have the freedom to make decisions, prioritise your workload and build strong relationships with owners, tenants and key stakeholders, while having support available when required.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage a diverse mixed-use commercial property portfolio
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and stakeholders
n
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and other lease-related matters
n
- Coordinate maintenance, contractors and property requirements
n
- Prepare and manage budgets, outgoings and financial reporting
n
- Monitor arrears and ensure effective lease compliance
n
- Conduct regular property inspections
n
- Work closely with tenants to understand their operational requirements
n
- Liaise with owners and provide proactive property advice
n




- Identify opportunities to improve the performance of assets
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in Commercial Property Management
n
- Strong understanding of commercial leases and property management
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong organisational and time-management capabilities
n
- Commercially minded with good financial and budgeting knowledge
n
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of a portfolio
n
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
