Who we’re looking for?

- Relevant degree in Property, Business, or similar, and musthave Agents Representative certificate (Cert IV in Real Estate Practice).
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar property role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills withattention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and developing knowledge ofbuilding operations.

The role

Our Asset Management Services (AMS) team is recognised as aleader in delivering high quality property management services to Australia’smost respected institutional and corporate clients. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work onsite in a team supporting with the day-to-day management of retail and commercialproperty assets. This includes operational tasks, compliance, financialadministration, and relationship management to ensure exceptional servicedelivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with rent collection, arrears management, andaccurate record-keeping in AMS systems.
- Prepare and process work orders, purchase orders, andinvoices promptly.
- Maintain insurance, security, and compliance registers.
- Support property inspections and coordinate with facilitiesmanagers for maintenance.




- Contribute to client reporting and attend monthly meetingswith senior team members.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, clients, andcontractors to ensure satisfaction and retention.
