About the role

This is a true sales role with national scope. You will own the growth of the residential channel across Australia, building and converting a solid pipeline through distributors, retailers and installer partners.

Your day to day will include:

- Developing and executing strategic plans to identify, qualify and win new business
- Building long term relationships with distributors, retailers and installers nationally
- Positioning the brand as a trusted partner in the residential solar and battery market
- Working closely with internal sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Tracking market trends and competitor activity, and feeding insights back to leadership
- Owning your numbers and exceeding revenue targets

About you





You are a genuine salesperson with an entrepreneurial spirit. A hunter who knows how to open doors, build trust and grow revenue.

You will bring:

- At least 3 to 5 years in sales or business development in the Australian residential solar and battery market
- A strong national network across retailers, distributors and installers
- Experience with a solar or battery manufacturer with national scope, or ready to step up to it. A National Sales Manager or National Business Development Manager background with a distributor, or with a national solar retailer operating across multiple states, will also be highly regarded
- A proven track record of hitting targets and building lasting client relationships
