You will handle accounts payable, supplier and subcontractor invoicing, match invoices to PO and job costs, and prepare payment runs.
You will also maintain supplier records, chase missing invoices, assist with reconciliations and month-end tasks, and support the estimating team with data entry and pricing updates.
