RSPCA Queensland, a long-standing animal welfare charity, seeks a Service Desk Officer to join the Information & Technology team in Queensland. You will provide responsive, practical IT support to staff, troubleshoot Level 1 and 2 issues, set up equipment, manage user access and maintain strong customer service in a rapid-paced environment.
You’ll handle onsite and remote support, with occasional travel to shelters and locations across Queensland.
