ORS Group in Canberra's Mitchell office is seeking an Inclusive Employment Specialist to support people living with mental health conditions into meaningful jobs. You will work with participants from goal setting to placement, applying the IPS model and collaborating with employers to create inclusive opportunities.

You will join an ACT IEA team of around 8 staff, including managers and Employer Partnership Managers, in a supportive, outcomes‑driven setting focused on real human impact.
