As a Content Creator, you will execute hands-on day-to-day creative and technical production. Working alongside the Shoot Planning, Photo, and Video squads, you will ensure our digital content meets strict deadlines and maintains the signature "TM" high-finesse quality standard.

Reports to: Media Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Creative Execution: Execute media deliverables across multiple concurrent TM and client Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring work meets high creative and technical standards.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold and champion Tourism Media’s visual and storytelling standards across all digital outputs.
- Adaptability: Adapt production styles dynamically to fit diverse industries, including tourism, fashion, and real estate.
- Workflow Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional squads to ensure flawless handoffs so assets do not get lost in translation.
- Asset Management:



Ensure all media libraries are structured systematically for seamless, long-term use and archiving.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain curiosity about opportunities to improve all aspects of workflows using all available tools.

Technical & Mandatory Skills

- Content Expertise: Advanced, skilled-level knowledge of content creation workflows, framing, composition, and editing.
- Visual Storytelling: A stellar understanding of branding, commercial media trends, and visual storytelling.
- Project & Time Management: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple overlapping projects and context-switch efficiently.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail with an uncompromising commitment to creative quality.

Desirable Skills

- Education & Tools: Degree or Diploma in visual media or a related discipline, alongside familiarity with Jira, Trello, and GSuite.
- Industry Awareness: Knowledge of social media marketing strategies, commercial trends, and emerging media technologies, including AI tools.
