WesTrac Perth is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Plant Mechanic to lead a workshop team servicing Caterpillar machinery across WA. You will mentor mechanics and apprentices, drive safety and quality standards, and help deliver high‐volume, precision maintenance in a busy workshop.
You'll report to the Workshop Supervisor and play a key role in training, performance coaching, and maintaining WesTrac's reputation as a leading Cat dealer.
