You'll play a key role in maintaining a safe and welcoming centre, delivering exceptional customer service, responding to incidents, and supporting daily operations alongside centre management and emergency services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front-line customer service
- Respond to medical emergencies and security incidents
- Monitor safety risks and complete incident reports
- Assist with crowd management and conflict resolution
- Support emergency response procedures and centre operations
What You'll Bring
- CCTV monitoring experience
- Current Victorian Security Licence (Crowd Control & Monitoring)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
- A professional presentation and ability to meet the physical demands of the role
