Job Description

Sodexo Australia is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for a 6-month fixed-term position to lead HSE across our Queensland sites. Reporting to the HSE Lead (East), you will drive performance, partner with operations and clients, and champion a proactive safety culture to meet legislative and contractual requirements.

You will mentor a team of HSE Advisors on a FIFO roster, conduct audits and investigations, and deliver continuous improvement across the portfolio.
