About the Role
n
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The primary objective is to plan and control the development and delivery of allocated projects, from pre-contracts stage to handover to the client, to achieve specification and profit objectives while ensuring client satisfaction.

Duties
n
n
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with company procedures and contractual requirements.
n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.
n
- Prepare and manage project schedules, monitor progress, identify risks and potential delays, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
n
- Coordinate project resources, procurement activities, subcontractors, and production requirements to ensure efficient delivery and optimal use of labour,
materials, and equipment.
n
- Monitor project budgets, costs, forecasting, and financial performance, with a focus on maximizing profitability and delivering commercial outcomes.
n
- Champion quality, safety, and continuous improvement by ensuring compliance with company management systems, contractual obligations, and WHS requirements while capturing and implementing lessons learned.
n
- Provide regular project reporting to senior management, participate in project review meetings, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of project management practices across the business.

About You
n
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a relevant trade; Project Management certification preferred.
n
- Several years' experience as an Engineer in project-based environments, ideally within high-voltage (HV) systems and switchgear.
n
- Strong project delivery background with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
n
- Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management software.
n
