Ausenco, Perth-based, is seeking an experienced Lead Civil Engineer to drive design and delivery across large-scale projects in the mining sector.
You will lead civil teams, coordinate with multi-disciplinary groups, and apply 12D/Civil3D skills to optimise layouts and constructability in remote settings.
You will mentor staff, manage budgets and civil cost estimates, and ensure protected, effective delivery from scoping through EPC stages.
