Maxlife Care is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Practitioner to join our dedicated team in Recent South Wales. You will support a client with severe intellectual disability in a 24/7 SIL setting, providing personal care, meal preparation, medication administration and community access.

You will work with calm, familiar staff using simple instructions, redirection and visual cues, ensuring falls prevention, dignified hygiene and consistent, empathetic care across shifts.
