Description

Gage Roads Freo is one of Perth's busiest hospitality venues, a working craft brewery on the Fremantle waterfront with capacity for 1,500 guests, open all-day, seven days a week. This is a high-volume kitchen that demands consistency, speed, and pride in output.

About The Role





You’ll own the pizza section. Hand-stretching dough, managing a wood-fired oven, controlling stock and ordering, and keeping your section clean and compliant. You’ll lead and mentor your assistant/s, contributing to a solid team culture across kitchen and FOH.

This role sits within the Level 3-6 Cook classification, so we’re looking for a candidate with experience to match.
