YOT Club on the Gold Coast is seeking a Hospitality Operations Coordinator to manage the operational delivery of luxury yacht cruises, private charters and events. You will coordinate staffing, guest requirements and service standards to maintain premium guest experiences.

Working with management, F&B;, kitchen and vessel teams, you will plan staff rosters, supervise service personnel and implement procedures to ensure safety, compliance and exceptional guest satisfaction.
