You will be joining the growing Corporate Trustee Team who are currently providing trustee and custody services to wholesale managed investment schemes.

The primary function of this role will be to review, coordinate and deliver the provision of timely and accurate custody services for a portfolio of funds on behalf of third-party fund managers.

Your Responsibilities
n
n
- Liaison with multiple banks – assist with all key steps involved in the opening and closure of bank accounts (including form completion, AML and KYC) and any other bank related matters
n
- Payments – review proper instructions and set up payments for items such as capital calls, distributions and fund expenses.
n
- Bank account reconciliations
n
- Document Custody – assistance with document execution and maintenance of document registers
n
- Set up, maintenance and reporting of Asset Registers and Safe Custody Document reports
n
- Maintain and adhere to custody policies and procedures
n
- Participate in ongoing automation and improvement of systems and processes
n
- Handling client interactions and resolving queries with a focus on relationship building
n
- Involvement in projects and other ad hoc duties as required
n

Your Profile
n
n
- 4 years' experience in a Payments, Back Office or Fund Operations role
n
- Relevant qualification – preferably degree qualified in business, legal or accounting
n
- Understanding of the role of a Trustee
n
- Client management skills and relationship management experience
n
- Works well under pressure, delivers results and meets customer expectations
n
- Works collaboratively and enjoys working in a team
n
- Self-starter with valuable planning and organisational skills
n
- Highly principled and able to resolve issues
n
- Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
n
- Good verbal and written communication skills
