About the role:

n

Work closely with partners and senior lawyers across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including:

n

n
- Mergers and acquisitions, including asset and share acquisitions and disposals.
n
- Joint ventures and other commercial arrangements.




n
- Capital raisings for listed and unlisted clients.
n
- Corporate governance and general corporate advisory.
n
- Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules compliance.
n
- Due diligence and transaction management.
n
- Energy and resources-related corporate transactions.
n
- Drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements.
n

The ideal candidate:

n

n
- Have 2-3 years' PQE in corporate law.
n
- Sound understanding of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.
n
- Strong drafting and communication skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
n
- You will be commercially minded, detail-oriented and keen to continue developing your career within a supportive and high-performing team.
