CareVicinity is a quick-growing platform connecting care workers with people who need support. We are expanding our outbound recruitment for the CareVicinity platform and are seeking a results-driven Customer Success Officer to source and recruit workers to fill client jobs.

You will conduct 80+ outbound calls daily, build a pipeline of qualified workers, and collaborate with the team to match candidates to client needs while supporting clients with platform navigation and day-to-day inquiries.
