Brisbane Racing Club is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead daily operations at The Gibson. You will supervise staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure safety, compliance and high standards across bar, gaming, food and beverage, and events.

The role requires a proactive hospitality leader with robust decision-making skills, excellent communication, and a passion for guest experiences, working across a rotating roster including evenings and weekends.
