Sublime Care is seeking a High Intensity Support worker to provide accommodation and community support across the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie regions.
The role requires NDIS screening, WWCC, a provisional or higher driver's licence with insured vehicle, and a current First Aid certificate HLTAID011.
The company offers ongoing training, a pathway to permanent part time employment, and allowances such as First Aid and broken shift allowances; casual rate up to $* per hour plus super.
