You will coordinate daily packing, oversee labour, ensure on-time delivery to quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in a rapid-paced FMCG workplace.
You will mentor team members, monitor KPIs, ensure safety and hygiene compliance, and report on performance while partnering with the Production Manager to meet business goals.
