The City of Geelong is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee aquatic facilities, ensuring protected day-to-day operation, supervising staff, monitoring water quality, and maintaining equipment and surrounds.
You will respond to operational issues and deliver high-quality customer service in a welcoming workplace.
You will lead on-shift, manage duties and inductions, enforce safety standards, and work mornings, evenings and weekends.
