Business Development Director – Healthcare Logistics

We’re recruiting a Business Development Director for a specialist clinical trial logistics provider, part of a larger global healthcare logistics group. The company focuses solely on supporting clinical trials and advanced therapies and is in a strong growth phase.

The Role

- Take ownership of new business development for clinical trial logistics services in your region
- Identify, approach and convert recent clients.
- Sell a portfolio of services spanning patient-centric solutions, biological sample logistics, storage and distribution, and temperature-controlled transport and packaging.




- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and capability presentations through solution shaping, proposal, negotiation and close.
- Build long- term relationships with senior stakeholders in clinical operations, supply chain and procurement.
- Work closely with internal operations and project teams to ensure proposed solutions are deliverable and smoothly transitioned into live projects.

About You

- Significant business development experience in clinical trial logistics, pharma logistics or closely related clinical trial services.
- Track record of winning new service-based business
- Comfortable selling complex, multi-country solutions involving temperature-controlled and time-critical shipments.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborative working style and comfort in a fast-paced, growing organisation.
