Grafana Labs is seeking an Observability Architect to lead technical success for a portfolio of customers. You will own relationships, guide deployment of complex observability solutions, and work with engineers, SREs, and product teams to embed Grafana across mission-critical systems.
You will drive technical discovery, design roadmaps, and enable customers through onboarding, training, and documentation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a remote-first, global team with robust growth
