Your key responsibilities will include:

- Provide first-line technical support by diagnosing and resolving Level 1 hardware, software, network, email, Internet, and printer-related issues through phone, email, service desk portal, or in person.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user computers, software, peripherals, printers, and other ICT equipment, including minor hardware repairs.
- Provide technical guidance and training to end users and ensure clear, skilled communication of solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support, coordinate third-party repairs, and assist with network cabling and related equipment.
- Maintain ICT inventory and documentation, gather user feedback, recommend service improvements, and perform other related duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Higher Secondary Education, a NATIN IT Diploma, or a HAVO/VWO/IMEAO Diploma combined with an IT-related course.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT Service Desk, Help Desk, or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.

- Willingness to work in Brokopondo on a rotational schedule of 14 days of work followed by 7 days break
