Malvernvale Hotel in Melbourne is seeking an energetic, experienced Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. You will drive daily operations across the Bistro, Sports Bar, TAB, and Gaming Room, working closely with the General Manager.
You will lead floor operations, ensure regulatory compliance (RSA/RSG, VCGLR), coach staff, manage cash handling and gaming audits, with a rotating roster including nights and weekends. The role offers 75k-80k AUD per year.
