Job Description

Western Sydney Local Health District in NSW is seeking a Permanent Part Time Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred nursing care within the Drug Health Assertive Community Management Team at Mt Druitt Centre for Addiction Medicine.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care, provide comprehensive community-based case management, and work with a multidisciplinary team to support people with complex health and substance use challenges.
