Montessori Academy Sydney is seeking a friendly and capable Family Care Customer Service Member to join our Full-Time Family Care Team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and current families, handling inquiries and guiding them through enrolment and centre information.
In this role you will manage inbound calls, support with enrolments, fees, CCS and records, and work closely with centre teams to ensure a warm, skilled experience while upholding privacy and child-safety
