We are looking for an experienced hospitality leader to take ownership of our established, high-volume restaurant in East Melbourne.

This is a senior, hands‑on management role for someone who understands both hospitality and business performance. We are looking for a manager with proven experience leading large teams and busy restaurant operations, with strong knowledge of:

- People leadership, recruitment and staff development
- Rostering, labour control and productivity
- P&L; performance, budgets and cost management
- Food and beverage cost control
- Service standards and guest experience
- Functions, events and high-volume services
- Operational systems, compliance and accountability

The right person will be confident on the restaurant floor, comfortable working with numbers and capable of developing a strong management team around them.

Experience within a recognised restaurant group, premium hospitality venue or large-scale operation will be highly regarded.
